IAREP 2026
PhD Student Fee Waiver Program
PURPOSE

The IAREP Fee Waiver Program aims to support four Ph.D. students with limited travel funds in attending the 2026 IAREP Conference in Castellon.

This initiative is designed to help early-career researchers connect with leading scholars in economic psychology and to become more actively involved in the IAREP community.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Strength of the applicant’s written statement explaining why attending the IAREP conference is important for their academic and professional development.
  • Strength of the faculty reference letter supporting the student’s application.
  • ● The applicant must have an extended abstract accepted for presentation at the 2026 IAREP Conference.
  • ● Please note that applications to the Waiver Program are collected before official acceptance decisions are announced; therefore, at the time of applying, applicants will not yet know whether their submission has been accepted. However, only those whose extended abstract is formally accepted (notification expected before April 1st) will be eligible for the Waiver Program. Final selection will be made among eligible applicants who meet all other criteria, and up to four individuals will be awarded the fee waiver.
